What does Deep Roots Ministries do?
We encourage believers to grow spiritually in Christ by discipleship. Continuing the works Jesus did.
How do we do that?
We study God’s Word to develop a Biblical worldview. Scriptures identify God’s plan for our lives. God’s will to us is revealed in His Word. Together we spend time reading the Bible and studying the Truths of the Word of God.
Where do you do this?
In our home and others homes with family and friends (small groups), teaching videos, and meetings. Where we are invited to share.
Colossians 2:6-7 And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. 7 Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.

Love❤️Me Just As I Am
Looking in the mirror at my reflection one morning, I felt a wash of God’s love and acceptance. Your beauty radiates from…

What Freedom Looks Like..
I read a story about a girl who was so young she didn’t know she was going to do something that was going to be a significant reminder in her future. Even in my own life this reminds me of where God has brought me from…. Out of abusive relationships and situations where I allowed…
Don’t Sweep It Under the Rug! 🧹
When you apologize to someone, what do you say? For many, the answer is a simple “I’m sorry.” But why are you are sorry? What are you sorry for? An apology always has more impact when it’s specific. For example, a tardy spouse might say, “I’m sorry I came home late. I know that you…
How to keep growing

Athletes renounce certain things they wish they could do and practice all sorts of restraints, the new born believer seeks to remove anything that hinders his growth. And in the same way…
All people. Hurting people. Searching people. People who make bad choices. Empty people.
Jesus isn’t concerned about hanging with the “in” crowd. In John 4, Jesus initiates a conversation with a highly unlikely character—a Samaritan woman who had five husbands. Her gender made her culturally inferior. Her race labeled her as one to be avoided. Her lifestyle choices marked her as one to be condemned. But Jesus ignored…
