Bethy,God loves us so much❤️

Bethy  had a dream.  Today is Bethy’s  senior defense. She is a pre-med major at ORU. She has been conducting research on vegan kimchi. As a final step towards graduation she will present her research before the dean of the biology department along with other professors and her peers.

She has worked so hard. This has been a long journey for her.  Having to give up traveling back home to Texas to see family in the last two years.  My oldest sister Pamela was a great influence in her life, always excited that Bethy was pursuing medicine as she did. I felt very connected between the two as I had the privilege to help them both studying.

Last night as we were getting ready for bed we always pray with Bethy, but this night we knew she needed to have peace to rest and to allow God to guide her.

Bethy woke up this morning she was crying and she said to me I had a dream about Aunt Pammie:

“ In the dream I was in Texas with all of our family at our house. I was walking through getting to see everybody I knew Aunt Pammie was there but I hadn’t seen her yet. I stepped forward and a hand shout out in front of me to stop me. She was facing away from me but I recognize her hand. Her manicured fingernails and her rings. I just rested my head on the back of her shoulder and gave her a big hug from behind. I said out loud I know this is not real but it felt so good to hug you and I just began to cry and I woke up crying.”

Of course I cried too. Knowing how good God is to let Bethy know that her Aunt Pammie was in Heaven cheering her on to the completion of her degree!!!

We serve a loving Father who knows what we need and cares about every detail in our lives.

Deep Roots Ministries International, Inc.

What does Deep Roots Ministries do? We encourage believers to grow spiritually in Christ by discipleship. Continuing the works Jesus did. How do we do that? We study God’s Word to develop a Biblical worldview. Scriptures identify God’s plan for our lives. God’s will to us is revealed in His Word. Together we spend time reading the Bible and studying the Truths of the Word of God. Where do you do this? In our home and others homes with family and friends (small groups), teaching videos, and meetings. Where we are invited to share. Colossians 2:6-7 And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. 7 Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.
