Fake Love

After spending a couple of days on the introduction of this book “Until Unity”, I am finally finished with chapter 1. There’s really some time required to spend in God‘s presence as you’re going through this book. Or you’re going to miss the purpose of it.

Proverbs 6:16-19 Just a reminder of the scripture passage in Proverbs, there’s a list of things that God hates. One in particular stood out to me “ one who sows discord among brothers”.

We worship a God who desires unity with His children, and between His children.

Francis Chan

As a parent we get a small taste of Gods emotion with our own children. You produce life giving birth to a baby boy or baby girl they grow up become independent, everything in you hopes that this child will still want to stay connected to you. But there’s a chance of heartbreak for us parents, if we feel our child doesn’t even want a fraction of our time.

Imagine how God feels when His children He created doesn’t even want to think that He exist. That we’re too busy in our lives and that we can’t squeeze in time to be with Him or we just ignore Him all together.
Or how would you feel if one of your children were trying to keep the family apart, bringing division in the family?

God hates strife!!! Not one of us are as good at faking love as we think. Every unkind word spoken in public or in private about one of Gods children He hears it.

Ephesians 4:29 – 31 God wants true love the kind of love where you become so perfectly one that you begin to feel what He feels.

Love one another, the church is Gods family and your family if you’re a believer.

Deep Roots Ministries International, Inc.

What does Deep Roots Ministries do? We encourage believers to grow spiritually in Christ by discipleship. Continuing the works Jesus did. How do we do that? We study God’s Word to develop a Biblical worldview. Scriptures identify God’s plan for our lives. God’s will to us is revealed in His Word. Together we spend time reading the Bible and studying the Truths of the Word of God. Where do you do this? In our home and others homes with family and friends (small groups), teaching videos, and meetings. Where we are invited to share. Colossians 2:6-7 And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. 7 Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.
