Welcome to Deep Roots Ministries

We are to encourage believers to grow spiritually in Christ by discipleship; which is to continue and expand the work Jesus did. Everything God did was because He is LOVE. We identify precepts and principles from God’s Word, ONLY a Biblical perspective of God’s power, love, and faithfulness. Scriptures identify God’s plan for our lives. God’s will to us is revealed in His Word, so spending time reading and studying the Word of God brings more than information; it brings transformation.

We pray for unity for your family and ours and so many others… it’s time to stop the division of the enemy and come together!

June 2, 2021

These instructions begin with an urgent warning against divisions between believers. Paul is deeply concerned that all those who are in Christ remain unified as a single body. He aims some of the harshest language in his letter against people who would cause divisions, especially those who do so by false teaching. Romans 16:17: “I…

Strengthening

May 31, 2021

Eliphaz starts by acknowledging Job as an encourager. He recognises Job as one who has given wise guidance, who has offered timely support and who has strengthened others. This is so significant. The first thing that Job’s friends say about him is that he is an Encourager.  Job 4:3-4 His instructions have strengthened feeble hands: when people didn’t know what…

The Importance of Encouragement

May 28, 2021

Hezekiah was one of the Old Testament’s last good kings. He lived in a difficult time 2 Chronicles 32. In the first part of our chapter Hezekiah is busy fixing walls, securing water supplies and stocking up the armory. Like us today, busy with life. But over and above all these practical arrangements, Hezekiah does…

Humility or no humility? You chose your lifestyle….

May 11, 2021

Romans 1 God’s Anger Against Sinful Humanity God’s invisible qualities, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly observed in what he made. As a result, people have no excuse…. They exchanged the glory of God for statues ….like mortal humans, birds, animals, and snakes, and because of this God allowed their lusts to…

“Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom“

May 4, 2021

Have you ever thought about if all of a sudden you struck it rich? I have. I planned to use the money to pay off everything, buy a home in the country with land enough to give to my children, give to fund missions and more. The truth is as a child of God I…

Final thoughts of the last chapter

Learn what it means to abide in the Father, because apart from Him you will not bear fruit John 15:4-5. Ask Him to help you see people through His eyes… Here is an example; let’s examine your marriage: you can’t start a movement towards unity while getting a divorce. Is that laying down your life…

All You ever did was to Love Us

July 15, 2021

Mark 15 the whole chapter can not be read by a believer and not have your heart just pounding inside of you! Knowing how the suffering Jesus endured so you, His followers could be called daughter or son. So you could have the salvation you never deserved. I have given up things in life so…

Satan wants to separate us from God and each other.

July 14, 2021

Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the sons of God Matthew 5:9. It will require a fight. When God‘s people are miss treated or Gods house is being denigrated, staying silent becomes sinful. Fight against division! 1 Corinthians 5:11 -13 We live in a culture that minimizes the seriousness of sin and…

In the church, we divide easily because we love shallowly.

July 6, 2021

Chapter six Until Unity by Francis Chan. Love is the answer, it might sound oversimplified and cheesy, but love is the answer. Our divisions usually aren’t caused by a difference in theology, but a lack of relationship. It’s the shallowness of our love. When you’re deeply in love, division is unfathomable. In the church, we…
